Shipping
Shipping is free within the United Kingdom, with no minimum order value. Orders placed by 2:00 PM GMT/BST (UK time) on a business day (Monday to Friday) enter processing the same day. Processing takes 1-2 business days, followed by 5-8 business days in transit, so your order arrives within 6-10 business days in total. Every parcel is insured and ships with tracking; you receive the tracking number by email once your order leaves the warehouse. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Returns & exchanges
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind. Items come back unworn, unwashed and with the original tags attached. For a change of mind you cover the return shipping; for a defective item or a wrong delivery we cover it, and there is no restocking fee. We refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and checking your return. Want a different size or colour? Email us first at info@komforna.com and we will arrange the exchange.
Size & fit
This piece is offered in the sizes listed above, in the same notation used across the whole shop (XS to 5XL for clothing, US sizes for shoes, waist sizes where shown). If a size does not work out, you can exchange it for another size or colour, or return it within 14 days of delivery.
