Ordering

How do I place an order?

Pick your colour and size on the product page, add the piece to your cart and follow the checkout. You will see the full total, including free shipping, before you pay. Right after checkout you receive an order confirmation by email; if it does not arrive within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as you can at info@komforna.com with your order number. Until your order is handed to the carrier we can usually still change or cancel it. After that it is on its way and the returns process applies.

Shipping

Where do you deliver?

Within the United Kingdom only. The checkout only offers UK delivery addresses.

What does shipping cost?

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order within the United Kingdom, with no minimum order value.

How long does delivery take?

Your order arrives within 6-10 business days in total. Processing takes 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday), then the parcel is on its way for 5-8 business days (Monday to Saturday).

Is there a daily cut-off time?

Yes. Orders placed by 2:00 PM GMT/BST (UK time) on a business day enter processing the same day. Orders after the cut-off, or at weekends and on bank holidays, start processing on the next business day.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes. Every parcel is insured and ships with tracking. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Returns and refunds

How long do I have to return something?

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered. Letting us know within that window is enough; the goods then need to be sent back within 14 days of your notice.

How do I start a return?

Email info@komforna.com with your order number and we will confirm the next steps. Items come back unworn, unwashed and with the original tags attached, ideally in the original packaging. Trying something on, as you would in a shop, is of course fine.

Who pays for the return shipping?

If you simply change your mind, you cover the return postage yourself. If an item arrives defective or we sent the wrong thing, we cover the return costs. There is no restocking fee either way.

When will I get my refund?

Within 5 business days of your return arriving and being checked, refunded to the payment method you used for the order. Depending on your bank or card provider it can take a few more days to show on your statement.

Can I exchange for another size or colour?

Yes. Email us first at info@komforna.com and we will arrange the exchange for you.

Product and sizes

How do your sizes work?

We use the same size notation across the whole shop: XS to 5XL for clothing, US sizes for shoes and waist sizes where trousers are sized that way. The sizes offered are the ones shown on the product page. If you are between sizes or unsure, email us before ordering - we are happy to advise Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM GMT/BST (UK time).

Will I get the colour I see in the photos?

Yes. Every colour we sell is shown in the product photos, and the colour options on the page are the ones you can order. If a shade looks slightly different on your screen, that comes down to display settings rather than the product.

Payment

How can I pay?

By credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) and with Shop Pay. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear automatically on supported devices and browsers, so the exact wallets you see can differ between your phone and your computer. Payment is taken securely at checkout; we never see or store your card details.
