1. About us and these terms

The online shop at komforna.com is operated by Komforna, 21 Trewern, Saron, Llandysul SA44 5DS, United Kingdom, E-Mail: info@komforna.com. These terms of service apply to all orders placed through this online shop. By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Products and information

We present our products as accurately as we can: every colour we offer is shown in the product photos, and descriptions are written to match what is shown. Minor differences between the photos and the delivered item can occur, for example through screen settings or production tolerances. Details about colours, options and prices on the product pages apply as shown there; obvious errors remain reserved.

3. Contract formation

The presentation of products in the online shop is an invitation to place an order, not a binding offer. By clicking the order button at the end of the checkout you place a binding order for the goods in your cart. You then receive an automatic confirmation of receipt by email; this confirmation documents that your order has reached us and represents the acceptance of your order. The contract is formed in English.

4. Prices and payment

The prices shown on the product pages are the final prices and include VAT where applicable. Shipping within the United Kingdom is free; there are no additional shipping or handling charges. You see the full total before you place your order. Payment is taken at the time of ordering through the payment methods offered at checkout. The currently accepted payment methods are also listed in our payment terms.

5. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Processing takes 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday); orders placed by 2:00 PM GMT/BST (UK time) on a business day enter processing the same day. Delivery then takes 5-8 business days (Monday to Saturday), so your order arrives within 6-10 business days in total. Every parcel is insured and shipped with tracking. 6. Your right to cancel and returns

You have a statutory right to cancel this contract within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. The details, including the model cancellation form, the returns process, the allocation of return costs and the refund process, are set out in our returns & refunds policy.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for goods that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. If an item arrives defective or you receive a wrong delivery, contact us at info@komforna.com and we will arrange a replacement or a refund and cover the return costs.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including the Consumer Protection Act 1987. For slight negligence we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible at all), and limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage. Otherwise our liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Intellectual property

All content of this online shop, including texts, images and design, is protected by copyright and may not be used without our prior written consent, except for private, non-commercial use in the context of a purchase or a legitimate interest (for example sharing a product link).

10. Customer account

You can order as a guest or with a customer account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. If you suspect misuse of your account, tell us promptly at info@komforna.com.

11. Changes to the range and these terms

We may adjust the range at any time. For orders already placed, the terms in force at the time of the order continue to apply. Changes to these terms only apply to future orders.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any contract between us are governed by the laws of England and Wales, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country where you live. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless a different jurisdiction is mandatory for you as a consumer.
